Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ady & Aves Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges under the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email adyavesboutique@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely and ship using the provided instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return (see Return instructions above) and include the description, color, and size of the item you want to exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If item is not available upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit based on your preference.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Swimwear, bodysuits, or undergarments

  • Accessories
